We guarantee that you cannot make an identical furniture purchase, with comparable services, for a lower price anywhere in our market area for 30 days from date of purchase. If you do, Rose Brothers will refund or credit the difference. This is just another way we honor our relationship with our customers.
The Rose Brothers Satisfaction Guarantee
The Rose Brothers guarantee covers all manufacturer defects and any delivery or handling related damages. Just notify us within five days of delivery to eliminate any misunderstanding. While in-home mishaps can cause scratches and tears that do not fall under our "Guarantee of Satisfaction", our service department will be happy to advise you on how best to handle these problems. In addition, out-of-warranty service is also available for a nominal rate. Most manufacturers do not give a warranty on their fabrics, but Rose Brothers will investigate any fabric-related problems for the first year.
