What type of warranty does Rose Brothers offer?
Each manufacturer we sell have different warranties. The warranties from the manufacturer typically cover lifetime parts and 1-3 years labor.

My fabric is pilling. What can I do?
Pilling is normal and maintained easily by using a fabric shaver. This controls the pilling until the fabric stops shedding. Fabric shavers can be purchased at most department stores.

How do special orders work?
Special orders require a 50% down payment and generally take 4-8 weeks for delivery. Of course each order is different and your sales associate can give you a better estimate at the time of purchase. Special order sales are final and no returns are allowed.

Does Rose Brothers have a layaway program?
Yes! We ask for 30% down with the remainder to be paid within 3 months.

What are the different mattress dimensions?
Twin Size: 39 inches wide by 75 inches long
Full Size: 54 inches wide by 75 inches long
Queen Size: 60 inches wide by 80 inches long
King Size: 76 inches wide by 80 inches long
